REST • TRUST • RECEIVE • CONCEIVE • DELIVER
2026 — Holy Sabbath in His Name

As I take my seat in Him,
in His Name, I breathe—with you on my mind, praying.

Inhale: Yah
Exhale: uah

And again—
Inhale: Yah
Exhale: ooshoo-ah

He breathes… we breathe.

Today we consider Vav—the hook, the “AND,” the number of man.

It reminds us that we are connected.
That there is always more capacity.
That heaven and earth meet in the practical.

This aligns with the Son—
the seen expression of the Trinity.

So from our seat in Him,
we believe that in the Son,
we can carry more weight.

Now we move:
What is the next smallest doable step?

We look at our relationships—
measuring strength,
shoring up what has been neglected or damaged,
and leaning into those bringing clarity, efficiency, and productivity.

Then we choose joy.

Even after an emotional day,
joy must be chosen.

To reject joy comes at a high price—
we lose objectivity
and can become our own worst enemy.

And finally—
we encourage ourselves.

We do not look outside for encouragement,
because that can lead to unhealthy exchanges
and unnecessary weight.

We return inward, in Him.

Let the world whirr—
you stay centered.

He breathes.
We breathe.

Jesus is Lord.
