I got booted from my flight today … Here is my note to my friend Gabriel Borja … Ephesians 4 — The Measure of Alignment
Family,
Even though I am not with you physically, I am very much with you in spirit.
And I am grateful for Gabriel — his voice, his heart, and the tenderness he carries for you. Receive him fully this morning.
I want to leave you with one thought from Ephesians 4:
Measure.
We see it three times:
“According to the measure of the gift of Christ…” (v.7)
“Unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ…” (v.13)
“Every joint supplies… according to the effective working…” (v.16)
We often think of measure as comparison.
But in the Kingdom, measure means something very different.
To measure is to:
appreciate
value
treasure
In Hebrew, the idea of measure is connected to din / dan — to judge.
But not harsh judgment.
Right judgment. Proper valuation. Seeing clearly what something is worth.
So let’s look at this together:

The Measure of the Gift of Christ
You have been given grace.
Not randomly. Not sparingly.
But measured by Christ Himself.
So the question is not:
“How do I compare to someone else?”
The question is:
“Do I properly value what has been given to me?”
Because what you do not value… you will not develop.
And what you do not treasure… you will not steward.

The Measure of the Fullness of Christ
We are growing into something.
Not just individually… but together.
The fullness of Christ.
This means we begin to value:
His nature
His character
His way
Not as ideas…
But as the standard we are becoming.

The Measure of Every Part
This is where alignment becomes real.
“Every joint supplies…”
That means:
every person matters
every contribution counts
every part carries something necessary
So we don’t measure people by:
performance
visibility
position
We measure by:
participation and supply
Are you present? Are you engaged? Are you bringing what you’ve been given?
Final Thought
How you measure determines how you relate.
If you measure incorrectly:
you compare
you compete
you disconnect
But if you measure rightly:
you appreciate
you value
you align
So this morning,
Value the gift in you
Value the Christ we are becoming together
And value what each person brings
Because:
We grow when we measure rightly.
I love you. I miss you. And I look forward to being with you soon.
Receive Gabriel — and receive from one another.

REST • TRUST • RECEIVE • CONCEIVE • DELIVER
Day 80 — Tet
Formation • Son • Physical • Humility • Teachers Teach
Adjustment Day — be willing to make small, precise adjustments to move forward.
Tet, the ninth letter, speaks of formation — like a pregnancy nearing completion.
This is the time just before delivery, where what has been forming is being finished with care.
Allow the full formation to take place.
Yah is adding the final touches to what He has been creating.
It is a Son day — where things move from the unseen into the seen.
There will be clarity today.
As I pray for you, I see Yahushua calling Peter out of the boat —
and He is calling you as well.
Step out.
Come directly to Him.
Today is a day to visualize a miracle.
Ask yourself:
What would a miracle look like today?
See the end from the beginning.
Speak it out loud.
Call it into alignment.
It is a physical day.
Pay attention to your body.
Give yourself grace.
It is a Humility day.
Humility is not weakness — it is alignment.
It means:
Submitting yourself to His Word
Believing what His Word says about you
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
That is humility.
Today also reminds us:
Teachers teach.
Fathers teach love — and stay.
This morning began with a small trial —
my paperwork was not accepted at the airport, and Cuba will wait one more day.
I choose to believe that Yah is protecting and aligning things in that delay.
Perhaps today, you too can give thanks
for what looks like a delay…
but is actually divine adjustment.
It is an honor to pray for you.
