REST • TRUST • RECEIVE • CONCEIVE • DELIVER
Holy Sabbath in His Name — Yahushua
This is the day.
The day that all of civilization, knowingly or not, rests upon.
This day was written of long before it happened.
Prophesied. Anticipated. Declared.
And then… fulfilled.
When He rose, there were hundreds of witnesses.
Hundreds.
Not one moment.
Not one person.
But many… over time… in different places.
So convinced were they…
so sincere in what they saw…
that within the first 200 years, what began as a small group of believers spread across the known world.
This is not just faith.
This is history.
Jewish and non-Jewish historians recorded it.
The calendar itself is centered on Him.
The tomb was guarded.
The body was never found.
And still today… it has never been produced.
He is alive.
And because He lives…
we have a very bright future.
Today is a Zayin day.
Zayin — the seventh letter — often described as a weapon.
But what is our weapon today?
Not striving.
Not argument.
Not defense.
Our weapon is rest.
Death has been defeated.
Darkness cannot overcome Light.
Good will overcome evil.
He is our Sabbath.
He is our rest.
He is our confidence.
Today is a Son day.
And as we sit… we see the Son.
And that is what a miracle looks like.
Today is a:
“What would a miracle look like?” day
A miracle looks like an empty tomb.
A fulfilled promise.
A risen Savior.
A miracle looks like what He said… becoming what we see.
Today is a mental / intellectual day.
We are invited to consider.
To wrestle.
To move beyond:
our senses
our education
our past experiences
and to choose to believe.
Today is a compassion day.
His compassion for mankind did not end at the cross.
It continues.
It reaches.
It restores.
And it still brings life to all who receive.
And today is an encouragement day.
Because there was a moment…
when His closest followers were discouraged.
Confused.
Even hopeless.
And then…
everything changed.
What He said… He did.
And in that…
we can encourage ourselves.
So today, we take our seat.
In His Name.
We rest.
We trust.
We receive.
We conceive.
And we deliver.
He is alive.
And we are learning to live from that life.
As always, it is a joy to be praying for you.
In His service and yours,
Much love,
Dan
