Holy Sabbath in His name … Yahuah Yahushua
REST • TRUST • RECEIVE • CONCEIVE • DELIVER
As we take our seats this morning, we are fully aware of the confusing movement and competing agendas all around us. And yet we know, because we have chosen to know, that in Him we can do all things, and that in Him and through Him our words and our callings have purpose and power.
So confidently, we sit in the Hebrew letter Beit—the house. We sit with the Holy Spirit. We acknowledge what we can see, and we acknowledge that there are unseen obstacles as well. It is a physical day, and on this Saturday, for the hard chargers, it may be a day to rest and recharge. It is a generosity day. And it is the day we remind ourselves that there are no second-class citizens.
Before I allow these thoughts to merge and declutter my mind—which happens when I choose to think these thoughts rather than the ones on my to-do list or the ones screaming from the demands of various projects—I speak out what is pressing.
For me, these are the Cuba conundrums and the fact that my grandsons are coming over. They are scheduling issues, and they are health issues, as my right knee is slowing me down. Cars and houses, kids and grandkids, parents and siblings—and everything we allow to flood our minds through media—they all need to be emptied onto the table verbally. And then we sit.
We sit in Beit—His house—the house where the sons of Yah are formed with unique abilities to create and bless.
The Holy Spirit—in us, with us, on us—guides us into all truth as He comforts us.
Obstacles? Yes. Internal and external. Fear and anxiety. Limitations and constraints. But we take them one at a time, knowing that from a generous place the answer is this: Yah has created us to create our way through and around every obstacle.
We take care of our bodies, the vessel we have been given to function here on earth. We refuse to turn the demands we have given place to into stress, worry, anxiety, or fear. We remember that there are no second-class citizens in Him, and that He is no respecter of persons. He is able to make all grace abound toward us so that we may abound to every good work.
Sorry, this is personal. But one of the reasons I am writing daily is because Yah is bringing His Body together, and we need to be doing some thinking about being open to new things, so that the real and true connections from Him will not be rejected by our experience, education, or bias.
He is moving.
And you are part of His plan.
In His service and yours,
Much love,
Dan
